Trick or Treat Pics

Halloween

Well we carved our pumpkins with help from the kids. They really got into it, they helped clean them out and told daddy what kind of faces they would like on their pumpkins. So we set the pumpkins outside and put candles in them so the kids could see what they looked like. But the next morning Olivia was distraught to find out that the squirrels liked to eat their pumpkins. She kept trying to scare the squirrels away by kicking and hitting out sliding glass door. She finally agreed that she could have daddy's pumpkin and Steven could have her's and the squirrels could eat Steven's for their trick or treat candy.
The kids really enjoyed Halloween this year. Steven even told people trick or treat. I thought that one house would scare him away, it had a big blow up haunted house that you had to walk through, along with scary noises and strobe lights. Steven was a little hesitant at first but once he saw the lady standing on the other side with a bowl of candy he got a big smile and walked right through. The kids lasted for about an hour before they were tired and wanted to go home and eat some of their candy. We let them have a few pieces then it was bath time and off to bed. They passed right out.
Other than that they are both doing good and getting so big. Olivia is doing really well with her potty training, she can go most days in her underwear with no accidents. Steven will sit on the potty some days. The other day he went all day with no accidents but now he refuses to wear his undies and insists on wearing diapers. He'll get it eventually.
